The service was the best we have received in any of the 5 star hotels we have stayed in Italy. Incredibly staff. Breakfast buffet and beach location were also top quality. Thank you we loved our experience.

An authentic 5 star hotel, Covid safe, with a lot of luxury and a lot of attention to detail. Room with side sea view, sizeable, very elegantly furnished. There is a nice pool (by the way, we apologise for bustling late at night) and next to the pool a lovely veranda where you can taste a full and delicious breakfast. Courtesy and kindness on the part of all the staff.

We loved our stay at the Palace Hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the staff was very friendly, our room was beautiful and the beach club was very nice. The hotel is in an excellent location too. I highly recommend it!

Quite simply everything is superb. No negatives at all. Stayed regularly since the hotel opened and love the location, wonderful people, food, beach. The town is very short walk and bustling in the evenings full of restaurants, bars and ice cream shops.

Overall a nice hotel, but 5 stars hotels are something else, based on my extensive 5 stars hotels experience. First thing, I arrive at the hotel, as anticipated to them, saturday late afternoon. I am told that I cannot park as the garage is full and tgat I need to go out (on a July saturday afternoon) to look for a parking space on the street myself. I told the reception that it's unacceptable from a 5 stars hotel and that the least they could have done is to let me know 8n advance. I found out later myself that there was a wedding at the hotel so I presume they had reserved a number of parking spots to the invitees. I could park on the following day. The room had a fridge that was quite difficult to open as it is stuck in a piece of forniture so tightly that it made it hard to open the fridge door, I split my finger nail. Also, I expect in a 5 stars hotel room at least a coffe maker and amenities to make teas. Bathroom: the sink was clogged had to call for intervention to fix it, which they did right away. The toilette flush leaked heavile had to push at least twice to make it stop, very noisy. Beach: nice but the food service OMG...they could not put it together. I don't think it was the young guys bringing the food to the umbrellas but more the service in the back. My salad went to a different umbrella my husband's plate came twice. Service at the Pool: asked for 2 coke zero, regular cokes came, sent them back, new ones came but unfortunately the got spilled over my feet and shoes...ok it may happen...just saying... Overall it was a nice stay but for the price I paid for 2 nights I honestly expect a much better service and a much nicer room. 5 stars it's something else.

che dire sempre strepitoso, sempre fantastico, personale e servizi dell'hotel sono mondiali e l'eccellente cucina con buffet e colazioni completano il tutto con ciliegina sulla torta il buffet antipasti da lasciare a bocca aperta con sorprese pomeridiane di eccellenze di vario tipo sempre bene accette , posizione dell'hotel molto buona vicino al centro e servito di tutti

È stato un susseguirsi di piacevoli sorprese, per la qualità dei servizi della struttura alberghiera e per la gentilezza del personale. Vorrei elencarne i nomi, ma farei un torto a coloro che non ho incontrato, anche se una menzione speciale la riservo al personale del Back line ( Réception/Prenotazioni ). Assolutamente da consigliare.

Ci sono stato recentemente anche per cena! Davvero lusso a gogo e soprattutto una grande qualità dei prodotti offerti! Un po’ non chiara la situazione parcheggi davanti però per il resto non si può dire nulla a questa struttura che è la base di Milano Marittima! Cena con sushi pesce credo cruditè e tante altre cose davvero squisite. Dormito benissimo.
